We Exhibited at Startup JAPAN 2025
Hello!
We exhibited at Startup JAPAN 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight on Thursday, May 8 and Friday, May 9, 2025 — here is a quick report 😊
Event Overview

Our Exhibit
This time, our exhibit centered on MotionVox™, the avatar video generation AI we develop!

Here is a quick look back at the show.
Our Booth
This is what our booth looked like.

Rather than a conventional booth, the format this time was a poster attached to a wooden easel-like frame.
It was our first time exhibiting in this style, and it felt refreshingly novel. It presumably cuts costs considerably, which is welcome news for startups — and setup took only a few minutes.
The Venue
The venue this time was the South Hall of Tokyo Big Sight. The South Hall is right by the Big Sight entrance, so the walk from the station is short and easy — excellent access.

The hall is fairly spacious, but with 400 exhibiting companies packed side by side, it was buzzing with startup energy. Our booth was near the lecture stage, at S4-47.
The Show Begins!

Thursday, May 8, 10:00 — the show finally opened 😆
Three of us attended from Qualiteg
Visitors kept coming from the morning on, and the venue was remarkably lively. Three of us from Qualiteg were on hand to give explanations, and interest was so strong that many visitors ended up waiting their turn — and, through our own lack of foresight, we even ran out of the brochures we had prepared. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
We will make sure to do better next time. Thank you to the many visitors who came by — far more than we anticipated.

The Hands-On Demo Was a Hit
Believing that coming, seeing, and trying it for yourself is the best way to understand it, we framed this exhibit as a "MotionVox hands-on experience," letting many visitors turn their own faces into avatars on the spot.

Visitors were delighted to see their faces become someone else's — and their voices too. We heard comments like "This is fun!" and "I'd love to use this personally!", and the many smiles made the demos great fun for us as well. Thank you to everyone who tried it and shared feedback.
We also posted this from the venue.
We initially connected to the MotionVox service over a 4G SIM card for video generation, but the venue Wi-Fi turned out to be quite good, so partway through we switched to Wi-Fi for an even smoother demo experience.

In the hands-on sessions, it was not just male-to-male avatar conversion — cross-gender transformations, male to female and female to male, drew an especially big reaction.
Wrapping Up

Once again, many visitors took an interest in our services and gave us the chance to introduce and explain them — thank you very much.
For those who booked business meetings with us, we will be in touch in turn; we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
If you need to reach us urgently, please contact the sales representative whose business card you received — we would be most grateful.
Finally, our sincere thanks to Eight for hosting such a wonderful event, and to everyone who ran and supported the venue.
